What is the bag made from?
The exterior is top-grain cowhide leather with a polyester lining and high-quality stainless-steel hardware. Natural grain and tone variations are part of genuine leather.
What fits inside?
The bag measures approximately 17.7 × 9.8 × 3.9 inches and offers generous room for a notebook, tablet, compact umbrella, phone, wallet and daily essentials. Laptop fit depends on the device's exact dimensions and the bag's usable interior. Accessories shown in product images are for scale and are not included. The interior includes one zipped pocket and three slip pockets.
How can the strap be worn?
The handle drop is approximately 7.9 inches and the adjustable strap measures approximately 21.3–25.2 inches. It is designed for shoulder carry; fit and drop vary by wearer.
How long will delivery take?
Processing: up to 2 business days. Transit: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Orders are prepared in Haining, China and shipped with SF International or YunExpress. The product page shows a delivery date range calculated from the day you order. Tracking is emailed automatically after dispatch, and we will contact you proactively if we become aware of a delay beyond the expected window.
Is shipping free, and who pays duties?
Yes. Tracked international shipping is complimentary and Our Homly is responsible for applicable import duties arranged through the delivery service.
Can I return my order?
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@ourhomly.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is eligible, we will send you an RMA number and the correct return address. Please do not send an item before receiving return authorisation. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend using a tracked service. There is no restocking fee and original outbound shipping is not deducted.
How should I care for the leather?
Wipe gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Keep away from prolonged sunlight, heat, rain and alcohol-based products. If wet, blot without rubbing and air-dry naturally. Store upright in a breathable dust bag, lightly filled to maintain shape. Test any neutral leather conditioner on an inconspicuous area first and never machine wash.
Is there a warranty?
A one-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse and damage from improper cleaning are excluded.
