Who controls your information
Our Homly is operated by 海宁市古瑞羊贸易有限公司 (Haining Guruiyang Trading Co., Ltd.), Room 1002, No. 852 Xishan Road, Haizhou Subdistrict, Haining, Zhejiang, China. Privacy enquiries may be sent to hello@ourhomly.com.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, delivery address, order contents, customer-service messages, device and fraud-prevention signals, payment status, landing-page and referral information, campaign parameters, and store events such as product views, adding an item to the bag and starting checkout. For daily visit counting, an IP address is transformed immediately into a date-specific, irreversible fingerprint; the original IP address is not stored in the analytics database. Card numbers are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Our Homly.
Why we use it
We use necessary information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal obligations, and improve the store. When you expressly opt in, we also use your email address, saved bag and referral source to send a welcome offer, relevant product or care news, and checkout reminders. Marketing consent is optional and is stored with its source, wording and date.
Service providers and transfers
Information is shared only as needed with PayPal, our website host, Zoho Mail, SF International, YunExpress, our United States returns facility and professional service providers. These providers may process information in countries other than yours and are required to protect it under their applicable terms and law.
Retention and security
Order and accounting records are normally retained for up to seven years where required for tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Access is limited to people who need the information for store operations.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops promotional and checkout-recovery messages but does not stop essential order, payment, delivery, return or refund notices. Depending on location, you may also ask to access, correct or delete information, or restrict or object to certain uses. Send a verified request to hello@ourhomly.com. We may retain information that law requires us to keep.
Cookies, attribution and analytics
Essential storage may be used to operate the cart and secure checkout. The store also records limited first-party, anonymous event and referral information so that visits can be connected to checkout operation and verified orders; this record does not include payment-card details. Optional Google and Meta analytics or advertising cookies are activated only after permission. If optional cookies are declined, Google may receive consent-denied, cookieless measurement signals where configured, while Meta advertising tracking remains disabled.
