The terms that apply when you browse Our Homly or place an order.

Our Homly is operated by 海宁市古瑞羊贸易有限公司 (Haining Guruiyang Trading Co., Ltd.), Room 1002, No. 852 Xishan Road, Haizhou Subdistrict, Haining, Zhejiang, China. Contact: hello@ourhomly.com.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Genuine leather naturally varies in grain and tone. Measurements may vary by approximately 0.4–0.8 inches because of manual measurement and the soft construction.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted after successful payment verification. Prices are shown in USD. PayPal processes payment securely. We may cancel and refund an order that is unavailable, suspected of fraud, or cannot lawfully be fulfilled.
Delivery
Tracked international shipping is complimentary. Processing: up to 2 business days. Transit: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed automatically after dispatch, and we will contact customers proactively when we become aware of a delay beyond the expected window. Our Homly is responsible for applicable import duties arranged through the delivery service.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms. A one-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or Our Homly's intellectual property rights.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Our Homly is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.
